— Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, acting as exclusive advisor to Walton Street Capital, LLC, has arranged the $82 million acquisition financing for Ten/10 Post Office Square in Boston, Massachusetts.
Located at the center of Boston's thriving Financial District, the landmark property comprises two, 13-story office buildings with approximately 437,200 rentable square feet of world-class, executive office space. Built in the Second Renaissance Revival style, Ten/10 Post Office Square has been renovated and modernized and is considered one of the most architecturally significant building restorations in the city.
Ten/10 Post Office Square's size, location, and quality offer visibility and prestige for its tenants. The buildings are currently 96% leased to a diverse roster of distinguished tenants, including Boston Private Bank, Dow Jones & Company, Capital One Financial Corporation, Interactive Data Corporation, and Land Vest, among others.
