The Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Jeff Walker and Larry Johnson arranged acquisition financing for The Paddock Club Florence Apartments. The first mortgage debt was provided by the Freddie Mac CME program. The loan execution was based on 75% LTV yielding $11,025,000 of proceeds with a favorable 2 years interest-only, 10 year term.
The Paddock Club Florence Apartments is a 200 unit, garden-style, apartment community located in Florence, Kentucky, in the heart of greater Cincinnati’s top retail corridor. |
