Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick-Goldman successfully arranged the sale of Three Lafayette Centre, located at 1155 21st Street, in the center of Washington, DC’s Central Business District, in the area known as the Golden Triangle. Bill Collins, Paul Collins and Anne Vinh of Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick-Goldman represented the seller, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. Equity Office Properties purchased the building for an undisclosed price this week.
The 268,060 square foot, Class A office building is comprised of a ten-story premier freestanding office building, featuring soaring brick archways leading to a spectacular marble and wood paneled lobby, opening onto an inviting landscaped courtyard and multi-use Galleria.
