Sonnenblick-Goldman Arranges Sale of Westchester County Office Building

Monday, February 13, 2006 - New York, NY - Sonnenblick-Goldman, serving as the exclusive representative of the seller, has arranged the sale of 440 Mamaroneck Avenue, a five-story, 220,000 square foot office building situated on a 19-acre site in Harrison, New York. The buyer was an affiliate of RPW Group, Inc., which is headquartered in White Plains, New York.

440 Mamaroneck Avenue is strategically located approximately one mile south of the Hutchinson River Parkway and approximately one mile north of Interstate Route 95. It is on the east side of Mamaroneck Avenue, directly across the street from the 700-acre Saxon Woods County Park.

The Bank of New York has net leased the entire property since shortly after it was completed in 1979.

"Despite a relatively short remaining term on the tenant’s lease, the property’s excellent location in the strengthening Westchester County office market resulted in a tremendous amount of interest from both local and national investors," noted Steve Kohn, president of Sonnenblick-Goldman.
