SONNENBLICK-GOLDMAN COMPANY ARRANGES $31 MILLION SALE OF CORPORATE PARK III AND VANTAGE COURT A&B
 
Monday, October 18, 2004 - New York, NY - Sonnenblick-Goldman, acting on behalf of Chelsfield USA, LLC, has arranged the $31 million sale of two office buildings Corporate Park III and Vantage Court A&B in Franklin Township, NJ to Cottontail Holdings, LLC, a major New York investor.

Corporate Park III, located at 580 Howard Avenue, contains 167,000 square feet. Tenants include Ronson Corporation; Avaya, Inc.; and law firm Collier, Jacob and Millers.

The 200,000-square-foot Vantage Court A&B at 200 Cottontail Lane includes tenants such as Ventive Health; Mazda Motor of America, Inc.; Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, Inc.; Mitsubishi Electric; World Savings Bank; and Royal Dalton USA.
