Mr. Swartz, a 24-year real estate veteran, will be responsible for arranging debt and equity financing and investment sales on a national basis.

Mr. Swartz, 48, was most recently senior managing director at APC Realty Advisors. During his tenure at APC he headed up all equity and debt placement activities nationally and worked extensively with owners and developers throughout the country.
