Sonnenblick-Goldman Company has promoted Holden Lim to vice president in its San Francisco office.
Mr. Lim, 38, has been with Sonnenblick-Goldman since 1999 and is an experienced member of the firm’s Lodging & Leisure and Commercial Property teams. Mr. Lim’s primary responsibilities include assessing potential equity and debt offerings, performing financial and market analyses, and marketing transactions to equity investors and lenders. In addition, Mr. Lim is actively involved in new business development initiatives for the firm on the West Coast.
Since joining Sonnenblick-Goldman, Mr. Lim has been directly involved in over $725 million of hotel, office, multifamily and retail transactions, including the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, ANA Harbor Grand Hotel in Sydney, Silverado Hill Cellars winery in Napa, 100 First Plaza in San Francisco, Washingtonian Center I in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and the Almaden Plaza shopping center in San Jose.
Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Goldman, Mr. Lim was with HVS International and Westin Hotels & Resorts.
