Mr. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Cooper Union School of Architecture in New York City. His responsibilities include originating, marketing, and placement of equity and debt transactions in the Western U.S., as well as advising a number of offshore clients with the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of income producing properties in the U.S. With over 17 years of real estate investment banking experience, Paul Lee has acted as an advisor and principal in the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate for institutional, developer, and corporate clients. Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, Mr. Lee worked at Eastdil Realty, Inc. and was principal of Union Property Capital, Inc. and California Realty Finance Corporation.
