SONNENBLICK-GOLDMAN COMPANY ARRANGES $55 MILLION FINANCING FOR ONE LOGAN SQUARE, PHILADELPHIA, PA
 
Tuesday, May 25, 1999 - New York, NY - Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, acting as the exclusive advisor to The Rubenstein Company, L.P. (which purchased the controlling interest in One Logan Square in 1998), arranged a permanent financing in the amount of $55,000,000 to refinance an existing loan on the building. Cigna Investments, Inc. provided the financing.

One Logan Square is a 30-story, 600,000 square foot, Class A office tower that was completed in 1983. Occupying the block-front on Cherry Street between 18th and 19th Streets, this trophy asset is situated in the heart of downtown Philadelphia and is part of the Logan Square mixed-use development which also includes Two Logan Square, a 692-space parking facility and the Four Seasons Hotel. One Logan Square boasts a prestigious roster of tenants and unsurpassed amenities. Philadelphia's third largest law firm, Blank, Rome, Comisky, & McCauley; Drinker, Biddle & Reath, the fourth largest law firm in the city; and Legion Management Corporation, an international insurance company, are the major tenants at One Logan Square.
